Tabula Rasa
Sigh. I still cry when I watch Honey and Clover and 5 cm per second. This departure has prompted me to start rewatching them all over again, and good god has it been a sobfest.
Anyway, I want to blog a bit about what one of my friends was telling me.
"Eh Jon, you lucky lo. Can go overseas. I've thought of doing it sometimes, going overseas, and starting a fresh new life. Leaving behind my old numbers, my old friends, everything. A fresh new start. (Something like a tabula rasa)
Okay, not his exact words, but the gist of it is there.
And I think...shit.
He's right.
I'm torn between leaving the people I love behind, and starting afresh.

lol it's a cool thing to do. You've planted a tree in one place, now you juz have to do the same in another place. Since the climate is different in another place, I guess you'll either need to modify your planting methods or plant another type of tree.
Trees. They photosynthesize. You just need a seed. Nature takes care of the rest.
