Boredom

Blog's up again. ( I know, sorry about the whole on-off invitation thing. My way of closing it down for a while, to let me think through some stuff)

Anyway.

I was just looking through my phone log, and saw this. (Past 30 days)

Call Duration
Dialled calls : 3.15 hours (Can't remember the exact number)
Received calls : 11.30 hours.

...What the fuck.

Okay, seriously, I spent 15 hours on the phone?

== The recent influx of 2 hour long conversations has got to be a major reason. Okay, maybe it's normal for some of you people out there to have long conversations like these, but for me, it's still a pretty new experience. Weird though, I've always hated using my phone (for calling and stuff. Love the gameboy + reading applications on it though)

I've been looking through some blogs (due to boredom from studying) and I find this very disturbing trend. Almost all the girl blogs I visit, guess whats the main theme (background, fucking music player attachment, in every single fucking post)

It's about their boyfriend, or the guy they like, or how they're so depressed because they can't find love.

I mean, seriously? Now before people start pointing fingers and saying "Jon your just jealous", let me get this straight. I read guy blogs, guys who do have girlfriends, and seeing the occasional girlfriend post, and I do like reading their blogs.

But oh god. When it devolves into constant "I love you!" or "my hubby-wubby is the best".....

Bleh. I'm being an elitist, I know, but personally, I find it disturbing to the extreme. That, and how people have said to me "WHAT! *Big eyes* YOU DON"T USE FACEBOOK?"

If I told them I thought it was lame, it wouldn't surprise me if they started frothing at the mouth. Meh, maybe I'm just not into social networks. Never have been. I can get what people do like it though. The whole keeping in contact with friends and stuff.

Sien. Was thinking of writing about how middle-class life is quickly getting really mundane , but I'm just too unmotivated.
