Lolcat
Practicals were surprisingly okay. Well, physics practicals was hilarious, with Jue Lee and I both panicking at the last minute. Fucking lecturer, "2 minutes more". Fuck you, you should have told us when there was 10 minutes remaining.
Quarantine, as usual, is so immensely fun. Sitting there and talking so much shit for about 4 hours plus is so incredibly funny, especially seeing the things we talk about. Surprising though, looking at these people, I would never have expected to be close friends with them.
Anyway, I can't wait for the exams to be over. My plans for the near future :
Outing with Yen Wen and gang to Sunway
CC with Ahzim
Watching sell out with Vincent and the others
Transformers 3 (Okay, I'm going to bug college dudes to go watch this one)
Sleep over at Ian's house (with Chew's PS3! Kill me now)
Now, major plans for the 3 months that I'll have (if I get my scholarship)
4 D 3 Nights at Langkawi with college buddies.
Road trip, though I doubt this will work out. Talks about it are currently undergoing, but it seems that there's quite a few problems we have to work out (Who's going to be the driver? Pranav and the rest have only had their license for about a year.) There's been suggestions that we break it up into smaller segments, so instead of one long continuous trip, we go for the activities one by one on different days (white water rafting! Cave spelunking. Beach. Swimming. =D)
I'm still really undecided on what I"m going to do during the 3 months though. Apart from all the outings and stuff, I'm looking for something to do, something that I'll find interesting. I don't want to stay at home and relax. I'll probably take some classes (martial arts? 0_o) or go work somewhere. Just for the experience. Still undecided though.
And one more thing before I get back to studying. Lately, I've been using my phone quite a lot (okay, it might be considered average for some of you out there).
And I can't say I enjoy it.
It's strange really. There are days where my phone doesn't ring nor do any messages come in, and loneliness strikes. And yet, there are times where my phone rings about 3-4 times (from different people) a day and I find it so annoying. Let's not even talk about the days where it rings 7-8.
I mean, seriously, I think sms-ing has got to be THE dumbest form of communication. It's like we're going backwards, taking about 2 or 3 minutes to type out 5-6 sentences. I hate it when people try to initiate conversations through sms-ing
"Hi, how are your exams?" <--- Precursor to a 4 fucking hour sms conversation.
You ppl who SMS like there’s no tomorrow should fuckin’ apply for the position of data entry clerk.
Ciao.
