Of Tone-deafness and hardwork

So today's day one of my efforts to try to master playing tori no uta. So, started out with high-spirits, and 5 minutes later, I'm on the verge of jumping off a bridge.

I'm so tone - deaf! OMFG. Haha, its quite hard to play the song , specially for those who are less.....musically-inclined. But still, I've got a long way to go in front of me, and I'm going to master this song, no matter what man. I really love the song (The melody, the singing is so-so) and I'm quite enamored with it =) So, I'll be posting my updates ya =).

2 more things want to blog about.

Firstly, this marks the first day of my renewed efforts in stopping my addiction. I didn't even look at corn today at all! Haha, fantastic. So, let's see how long I can withstand the temptation this time =)

Secondly, music. I've got to say man, music is one of the biggest parts of my life right now. I can't imagine myself doing things without some form of music blaring in my ears =) And it's helped my through a lot of things actually. Its all up to personal preference. Some people deal with stress and failure by over binging on food, some by going on a sleeping marathon, some just break down and curl up and wither away on the floor =) But I use music to deal with it. I don't know, it just sort of calms me down , ya know? And lol, for those idiots who cry when they listen to music, your gay. I appreciate the lyrics and emotional side of music, but crying is sort of ==-ish. *Incidentally , what is it with girls liking guys who cry?

Excerpt from a real dialogue I had with a girl friend.
Girl : Guys who cry are so attractive.
Me : Wtf?
Girl : Yeah, they're so sentimental, and aren't afraid to show their feelings.
Me : ..... That sounds ghay =)

Guys can cry , no problem with that. I think its slightly weird, but generally, there's nothing wrong with that. *Cept for those guys who cry when they're hurt physically, they're real...oh shit. I used to cry when I was hurt ==. I shall not elaborate further.* But the thing is, why do girls actually LIKE seeing guys cry? That is freaking weird man, its as if girls enjoy seeing a reversal of roles. You don't see guys going crazy over girls who act tomboy-ish, do you ==.
